It can feel heavy to carry thoughts and emotions you haven’t spoken aloud before—and this is a space where you don’t have to hold them alone. I hope to help you find relief, comfort, and insight in some of these moments that feel the heaviest.

As a therapist, I am warm, collaborative, and open-minded. I care about building a relationship where you feel safe and free of judgment to explore the parts of yourself that feel confusing or uncomfortable. I care that you develop trust within yourself and that our sessions help uncover what truly matters to you. Together, we’ll work toward more peace and clarity in whatever you’re facing.

With my undergraduate degree in social work, I worked with children in foster care, adults in addiction recovery, and geriatric care. Working in different settings helped me to see that humans are incredibly resilient and capable of healing. It also taught me adaptability—everyone shows up to heal in their own way at their own pace.

Outside of therapy, I love spending time at home with my cat and travelling spontaneously. I am both a homebody and a wanderer. Life is full of nuance and complexity, and I am excited to explore what that means to you.
