The CCC for The Healing Group is the first person-to-person interaction an individual has with our practice and is their first impression. Since the focus and core values of The Healing Group include relationship, creativity, gratitude, and commitment, the CC is one who translates these values into the real time interaction with the clients and THG team members. They are also the bridge between what the client is looking for and what we offer and through whom. The CC is knowledgeable from a relational perspective how each of our therapists work, their areas of specialization and individual approaches and is able to effectively match the therapy seeking individual with their therapist. When a prospective client calls and it is clear that they are looking for something that our practice does not offer, they are able to support the individual through competent referral suggestions in a way that communicates to the individual their needs are valid and important to us, even if we cannot meet them ourselves.
