Kelsey Eisenberg, CSW Intern

Somewhere along the line, we learned it wasn’t okay to be ourselves. No wonder we are now exhausted, anxious, depressed, feel disconnected, stuck in loops of relationship conflict and misunderstanding, or desperately want to shift a relationship structure that no longer works for us.

I’m Kelsey, I help individuals and partners transform their relationships to be deeply satisfying and connected, including our relationships to ourselves. As a queer, polyamorous woman, I know how important it is to find a non-judgemental therapist – I’m not here to fix you, or dictate what your values should be. I can offer you space, compassion, a sense of humor, and some tools to break patterns, heal wounds, and invite more joyful play into your life.

I am LGBTQ+ affirming, sex-positive and competent in ethical non-monogamy and kink. I am influenced by Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, Mind-Body Bridging and my ongoing Sex Therapy training through the Sexual Health Alliance.
