COVID-19 Self Care Emotional First Aid Kit

Do you have a first aid kit?  One with bandaids, Advil, and maybe even some gauze?  Most of us are prepared to handle the aches and pains of physical trauma, but what about emotional trauma?  Right now with the Covid-19 virus we are seeing an uptick in anxiety and mental stress. Here at THG we have come up with a few things you can gather from around your house to create your very own MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID KIT!  

Mental health is health, and we all know that this current situation is tough on our mental health.  Here is a free printable with ideas for your own kit to pull out whenever you feel your anxiety and stress rising.  Feel free to add anything that positively contributes to your mental health.
