I feel stuck. This is not what I expected it to be. I feel frustrated, hurt, and misunderstood. Will sex ever be the same again? Am I a good parent?

Life is full of challenges and unmet expectations.

Relationships can be incredibly rewarding, but sometimes they challenge us more than expected. Whether you are struggling with becoming a parent, communicating with your partner, or dealing with differences in expectations and interest around intimacy and sex, my passion is to work with you to build satisfying and passionate relationships that are worth wanting. I utilize emotions and insight to help you better understand what is driving the issues you are experiencing and collaboratively find ways to deal with them.  I also work from a multicultural lens, meaning that I strive to understand all the identities and cultural values you hold and how they combine to make the person you are today.

I love being a therapist and enjoy seeing the progress and growth individuals and couples I have worked with. I would love to see if I am a good match for you.
