If you’re looking for a therapist who can provide warm compassion and also lovingly call you out on things with your best interest at heart, I am your person.
I get really excited about using EMDR and Internal Family Systems to support clients as they navigate life: grief, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, relationship stress, and parenthood. I place a big emphasis on learning how to support your body’s experience of emotions so you can create safety within yourself. You can rest assured that I’ll be in your corner, equipped with information and guidance with whatever you are going through.
