Has someone ever asked how you were, and you just said “Fine”, even though things weren’t fine? Have you found yourself swept up in the current of life to suddenly realize you feel like you're drowning, isolated, or a stranger to yourself? Being human is hard, and there are often unmet expectations, tender wounds, or bottled-up anger all vibrating beneath the surface.

My aim with all of my clients is to gently and bravely face that underlying vibration. When we work towards a more authentic alignment of our values and vision for our life, we can better show up for our relationships, our dreams, and ourselves. Let’s get curious and be brave about the kind of life you envision for yourself. Audre Lorde said, “When I dare to be powerful, to use my strength in the service of my vision, then it becomes less and less important whether I am afraid.”

In my work with clients, I use a strengths-based and holistic approach. I enjoy finding ways to laugh through hard situations, and my aim is to work by listening in a non-judgmental, curious way. Let’s work collaboratively to explore your barriers, develop coping methods, fill gaps in communication skills, and work on problem-solving. I recognize that seeking help can be hard, but small changes make big differences. Trust must be earned, and I aim to gain that trust by creating an environment where you feel seen, accepted, and cared for. Whenever you’re ready, I would love to meet you.
