Are you feeling depressed, anxious, alone, disconnected, or out of your depth AND your brain is making you feel bad for feeling those ways too? I got you!
I am here to walk with you on your journey for healing and fulfillment and am honored to do so! As a therapist I am bubbly, empathetic, and supportive. I want to help my clients discover, grow, and utilize their inherent strengths to create a flourishing life.
I find the lens of EMDR to be especially helpful in making sense of how our past is affecting us in the present, and how to heal moving forward. I also find it helpful to explore the different parts of ourselves to better understand our individual needs.
My experience has allowed me to work with a variety of needs and diagnoses, ranging from maternal mental health, to psychosis, and even substance use disorders. I enjoy working with clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, pregnancy/postpartum, trauma, and wanting sex therapy.
I am certified in trauma-informed care, Motivational Interviewing, and trained in EMDR. I like to draw on ACT, CBT, DBT, parts work, the PLISSIT model, Four Blinks Flash, and strengths based approaches. I am here to customize your treatment to your individual needs! I am LGBTQIA+ affirmative, sex positive, and very much look forward to meeting you.
