Life is messy, complicated, and beautiful. We do our best with the tools that we have, but sometimes it feels as though we are missing some critical pieces to the puzzle. We can navigate the trials and tribulations of this journey together. Each and every one of us is worthy of cultivating self-love and finding peace in the chaos.
I strive to make the journey of therapy an empowering experience. I will work diligently to meet you where you are, while also utilizing curiosity to collaborate and explore new pathways together. You are the expert of your life, and I am here to walk through the weeds with you and find strength and healing in the process, free from judgment.
I am honored to hold space for those who choose to work with me. I operate from a trauma-informed and strengths-based perspective. I utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address varying topics including, but not limited to; depression, anxiety, body image, perinatal mental health, sexual health, shame, interpersonal relationships, and trauma. I am LGBTQIA+ affirmative and sex-positive. I look forward to meeting you!
